If H is required to be very short, you need to leave a proper margin to increase H, and then cut off the added metal after bending. The second is the requirements for deep-drawn parts: 1. The shape of the deep-drawn parts should be simple and symmetrical, and the depth should not be too large. In order to minimize the number of drawing times and easy to form. 2. The fillet radius of the deep drawing part does not increase the process procedure. Otherwise, it will inevitably increase the number of deep drawing and shaping work, but also increase the number of molds, and it is easy to produce waste and increase costs.
